Changes at Twitter®




Many recruiters rely on Twitter® as their sourcing alibi. Twitter offers an exceptional interface, making it easy for recruiters to both brand themselves and source for passive candidates. As new users continue to join Twitter, the site has made slight adjustments for users to find similar members to follow.

The once popular, “Similar to” section, where Twitter offered suggestions for users to find profiles that were just like the one they were viewing, is no longer active. Instead, Twitter has replaced that section with a “Who to follow” section, so users can constantly find interesting and relevant accounts that are new to them.
